Ms. Bridget Osborne

A California native, I traveled all over the world as a Navy Brat. I graduated from University in the early 1990's, with degrees in Clinical Psychology. After working in a clinical setting as an addictions and domestic violence counselor for several years I went into teaching. I have taught in a variety of setting in Florida and Texas, including in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. I have been at Goodrich for 5 years and in this time I have taught every class at the middle school level. I have finally found my home as the ELA teacher at the High School level. My goal as a teacher is to help create young people who can think critically and creatively not only about their schoolwork, but also about the situations they encounter in their lives. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know my students and their families over this time, and look forward to seeing all of them continue to grow as individuals.

In my spare time I rehabilitate rescue dogs(we currently have 16), read, and create stained glass pieces.I also enjoy camping, kayaking and swimming.
