Last night at the Goodrich ISD Board Meeting, the Board proudly recognized our outstanding students for their hard work and achievements. 🎉

We celebrated our FFA students along with our Cross Country and Volleyball athletes for representing Goodrich ISD with dedication, leadership, and pride. 👏🏽🐝

Congratulations to all of these students. We are so proud of you and your accomplishments! 🧡

📣 Reminder for Goodrich ISD Families 🧡

Goodrich ISD will have an early release on Thursday, December 19, 2025, with students dismissed at 1:00 PM.

🎄 Christmas Break:
Schools will be closed December 22, 2025 through January 5, 2026.
Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.

We wish all our families a Merry Christmas and a safe, restful break! 🧡🎄

Yesterday, Goodrich ISD turned up the heat at our 4th Annual Staff Chili Cook-Off, and what a great time it was! With cold weather and the perfect chili-eating temperatures, our staff brought their best recipes and lots of excitement.

The chili was officially judged, and congratulations go out to our winners:
🥇 1st Place: Kari Rhodes
🥈 2nd Place: Juan Cruz

From savory to spicy, every pot was packed with flavor, and the friendly competition made it even more fun. Most of all, it was a wonderful time!

Our second and third grade students had the opportunity to see The Nutcracker Ballet. What an amazing opportunity. Thank you Mrs. Lambert for making this once in a lifetime opportunity come to light for our students.
