📣 Something exciting is happening at Goodrich ISD! 🐝🧡
Hornet families, we’re excited to officially roll out The Goodrich Hornet Way and our new webpage dedicated to helping our students grow in character, confidence, responsibility, and the everyday skills they need for school and for life!
🌟 Throughout the year, students will learn and practice 17 Foundational Life Skills as part of The Goodrich Hornet Way.
🏠 And this is where it gets really fun...
Students in grades 3–8 have been sorted into their Houses today and received their House t-shirts! 👕🎉
📅 Please have students wear their House shirts tomorrow, Friday, 8/21/26, and then every Wednesday throughout the school year!
Students will have opportunities to earn points for their Houses by making good choices, showing positive behavior, participating, and living The Goodrich Hornet Way.
And yes... there might just be a little friendly competition along the way! 😉🏆
